INSIDE SCOOP
TIGERMOTH RACING LCG V10
We usually expect major innovations to come from the large, established RC
companies, and most on-road racers thought 1⁄10-scale electric touring car
design had essentially reached its pinnacle. TigerMoth, a one-vehicle
upstart, obliterated both those ideas with its LCG V10.
The LCG V10 features a unique styrene/carbon-fiber-laminate chassis
material, laydown or standup shock
design, fully ball-jointed suspension arms, hollow aluminum
axles, optional single- or dual-deck centerline-mounted
motor, servo and battery,
recessed motor and
servo and even more.

optional and can be
removed to further tune the
chassis for different track conditions. ■ The LCG V10 uses a truly
unique chassis material that sandwiches
styrene plastic between two sheets of carbon
fiber. ■ Not only is the motor positioned over
the chassis centerline but so are the battery
and servo. ■ The shocks can be run in the laydown position as shown or in the more traditional upright configuration.
