According to Novak, its new X-Drive technology

motor feel, power and reliability. X-Drive is Novak’s
latest development in motor-firing technology. According to Novak X-Drive will provide great throttle
response, smooth and controlled braking, cooler
operating temperatures, faster lap times and more
power for nearly all applications. The speed control
also features electronic timing, on-board programming with 14 adjustable parameters and a brand new
braking system. You’ll also be able to get the GTB2
and Oval Spec speed controls with X-Drive as well.

RONDA DRAKE GOES TO
TLR
Longtime Mugen racer Ronda Drake has recently
signed with TLR. She will be racing electric and nitro
vehicles for TLR and has also switched to Losi’s
Nitrotaine fuel. This isn’t Ronda’s first run with TLR,
she was a team driver earlier in her racing career.
Although Ronda races mostly nitro-powered vehicles,
Electric is nothing new for Ronda. She raced 2WD
electric buggy and truck for the first 13 years of her
RC career. You just might see her racing a TLR 22.
She will also be racing 4WD short course truck and
electric 1/8 scale but the main focus is still 1/8-scale
nitro buggy and truggy.
