THE NEXT
BIG THING?
away. In rear-motor configuration on a dirt track, the car is almost per-
fectly balanced. On the sharpest turns on the track, initial turn-in was
excellent and I could take an inside line where others were pushing
wide. The stock suspension set up gave me plenty of mid-corner, off-
power steering with the least amount of steering throw to minimized
tire scrub and produced fast cornering speeds. Catching some airtime
with the DEX210 was so effortless that it almost jumped itself. The
attitude of the DEX210 was straight and level with no ill tendencies
while in the air and it responded to throttle inputs very well if any cor-
rection was needed. Another tuning aid with the DEX210 is being able
to shift the battery fore/aft to increase steering or rear traction via
plastic positioning brackets that bolt onto the aluminum chassis. Rac-
ers Edge armed me with a regular length and “Shorty” LiPo battery
pack that allowed me to fine-tune the
battery weight distribution. I decided
to extend my DEX210 testing and stay
for “Wednesday Night Worlds” club
racing. The more time I logged with
the DEX210, the faster and more con-
sistent lap times I ran. With so much
adjustability, you can definitely grow
as a racer with the DEX210.
