Speed Control
;e beefy 150-amp speed
control is built to handle 4S
LiPo batteries and up to 6S
to attain insane speeds. It’s
mounted via double-sided
tape to a plastic shelf that’s
integrated to the battery
tray and uses a big zip-tie to
ensure it doesn’t come loose.
It connects to the motor with
a set of 4mm bullet plugs and
uses a couple of Deans plugs
wired in parallel to connect
two 2S batteries. If you’re
going to use a single pack,
you’ll need a jumper plug to
complete the connection.
Keeping things cool is a large
fan mounted on the top of
the speed control and is
protected with a plastic cage.
