It was inevitable that someday, despite over a decade of success, the time would come for Team Associated to replace
the RC10B4 platform. When the original B4 debuted in 2003, no one could have predicted that the car would so
successfully accommodate the radical changes to RC racing technology in the 10 years that followed. Brushless motors
and programmable speed controls made brushed units obsolete, LiPo batteries shoved NiMH cells to the wayside, tires
got softer, servos became faster, and bodies and wings morphed into more aerodynamic shapes with higher downforce.
